Wow! Completely amazed that this is for the most part fast food. I had the pulled pork plate with awesome Brussels!!! Really fab. Piri ranch has perfect amount of kick to it. Will be a regular at this place. Staff is friendly and the space is very clean. I just wish the seating and atmosphere is a bit more comfortable as the type of food is kind of comfort food but definitely suitable for keto diet.
I ordered the grilled chicken tenders with sides. Was impressed with how well cooked and seasoned the chicken was. I got the mango mojo sauce, which was tasty but had no spice (good for me). For sides I ordered the brussel sprouts, which were good but had way too much sauce/marinade. The coleslaw was decent but had pepper on it or something and I just didn’t care for it. Staff was very nice and to go order didn’t take long.
Obsessed with this place. Went back 2x this week just to order the La Mancha salad bowl, soooo good and love that it feels healthy and allows me to hit macros. Literally meant to snap a photo but I inhaled it right away both times! Snack wraps are great for small portion. Chicken sandwiches are also great. Awesome variety of options for sauces. We this spot!! Lucky to have it in Richfield. There’s a pretty big flat screen inside where you can watch sports and a handful of tables to sit at. We’ve dined in and had takeout and the quality of both is
We had a really great experience even on a busy afternoon. Service was patient and kind, atmosphere was clean and food was great! Food came out quickly! We highly recommend the pulled pork plate (like normal pork, it’s a tiny bit fatty, but the flavor is top notch). Chicken leg and thigh are a tiny bit small, so if you’re super hungry, keep that in mind. Smokey sauce and green sauce are my favorites!!!

You must try this place! I ordered a pulled pork family platter with fries. The pork was very moist and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and hot. The garlic and spicy piri sauces were outstanding. The young lady at the counter was friendly and helpful.
Every time I get food from Tomo, it is exceptional and the staff/management are always attentive and professional (even when it’s slow at night). It’s refreshing to see younger adults working that make eye contact and do not sit on the phones. Makes a giant difference between other fast casual restaurants. Don’t change the formula, cause it’s working. Love the big screen TV and beer if you need one while waiting.
Update 1.18.25 - Toma's breakfast is . This morning was our 2nd trip for the sandwiches potatoes French toast sticks! (Forgot the picture of sandwich cuz it got eaten so fast!) Great cold brew as well! ----------------‐----‐----‐-------------------------- Wow, great local spot for a delicious and healthy meal! The three of us tried different meals: original chicken sandwich, chicken grain bowl, and bonzo salad. We also each had a housemade sangria - summer seasonal (strawberry/lime) - and the other one we tried was the sparkling sangria. We were able to watch the Twins on a large screen TV! Also, they have HH every day from 3-6. I'm gonna have to get there for that! The staff was so friendly! We are looking forward to our next visit.
